The Chef Hollow Shun Classic knife is a product of the KAI brand from Japan. The product won the “Kitchen Knife of the Year” award in 2003 voted by knife experts in Japan.

• The knife is made using San Mai technique with the core made of VG-MAX steel combined with 68 layers of Damascus steel.
• The exterior is made from proprietary steel which gives the knife both high sharpness and superior durability.
