Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or exchange, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.

  Verification & Approval

  Our team will review your request and the product photos provided to ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours through our trusted logistics partners.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
